We will ask you for a £50 deposit with your confirmation of booking and this is returnable if cancellation occurs before 24 hours in advance of the proposed pick up or we are prevented from undertaking a move due to short notice stoppages.
All accounts must be settled by handover at the latest and we will be pleased to discuss payment methods with you.
We always issue receipts for payment and will, in turn, provide receipts for necessary expenses.
We offer a discount for prepayment and accept cheques supported by a bank card.
We only move boats by water and will happily quote you for our services so that you can compare them with the alternatives.
Whilst we offer an all-inclusive quotation to you boats do occasionally break down and the cost of repair is not included in our service although the initial mechanic call-out is included, before any repairs are undertaken we will secure a written quotation and secure your agreement prior to commissioning any works or extra expense.
